As the only Anglophone optometry program in Canada, we provide extensive state-of-the-art clinical education and training, focusing on exceptional care and experiences across the full range of patient eye, vision and healthcare services.

The Waterloo Eye Institute (WEI) will become Canada’s leading optometric eye and vision care centre that will enhance healthcare by creating a state-of-the-art facility for optometric education, research and clinical care, including two frontier research centres and an innovation centre focused on the latest technologies in eye care.
